All our Bean Bags will take approx. 15-18 working days to be ready for pick up or delivery. If you want it immediately take a look at the section In Stock and purchase from that section. All Bean Bags come readily filled with polystyrene beans. Colours may vary a bit from pictures.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cooling-Off Period

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the beanbag has been used, opened, or removed from its original packaging.

To qualify for a refund under the cooling-off period:

The beanbag must be unused, unopened, and in original, resalable condition.
You must return the product at your own cost unless the item is defective or was supplied in error.
